120. 77. Final. 93. 24

Jamal Crawford sparked energy for the Los Angeles Clippers, in a game where he had himself a night, once again as the leading scorer in a total team win.

Multiple players were in double figures; there were multiple players who had no points as well.

These players while not scoring were able to help the team win in different aspects of the game where they don’t keep stats.

There presence alone helps the team.

Starter Paul Pierce’s veteran leadership and presence on the court helped as well.

The players who were held to goose eggs on the score board, helped out on the defensive end of the floor which helped the team dominate all game.

You cannot judge a book by its cover because a box score doesn’t do either team justice very well or at all.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

For instance, according to the box score, with points in the paint, fast break points, turnovers, and points off of turnovers, the Chicago Bulls dominated the points in the paint by 20, had less turnovers and points off of them, and less fast break points, however they lost the game by 27 points.

Both teams did good in free throw percentage, which the Bulls won.

They won that statistic because they shot less an made most of them.

The LA Clippers shot more and made most of them as well and they missed more so it went down.

The other two statistics in field goals and there pointers were dominated by the Clippers.

This game was close all three quarters.

However there are four quarters in a game, not three, and the Clippers dominated that quarter by outscoring the Bulls by 16 points.

Everyone on the team was in downtown today because from there half those shots were made which was a total of 17 three pointers made out of 32 attempted.

  • Their field goals were similar in they threw up a lot of shots and made half of them.

Their opponent attempted more field goals and made half of them as well however they only made 5 three pointers out of 15 attempted shots.

That is one are that hurt the Bulls which helped the Clippers.

As one of the top teams in the Eastern Conference, the Bulls missed most of their shots in the fourth quarter, whereas the Clippers made most of their shots and dominated the Bulls in the end.

Yes, it is the Eastern Conference, but the Bulls have the ability and do compete with the top teams in the West.

This fourth quarter domination against a top team in the East is good of the team because they are not usually a team who can close out games in the fourth quarter an not worry about the other team catching up.

This was the case the couple of nights where they only won by two points.

Once again the team did this without Blake Griffin, almost as if to prove that this was a team effort and that the Clippers are on their way to being a closeout team.

The starters only outscored the bench by a total of four points.
