Now that the Lakers have finished their last game of 2016, let’s look at a Lakers top ten for franchise players.

The Los Angeles Lakers have one of, if not the, best history of NBA teams.

Sixteen championship banners have been raised by the team since their first one came in 1949. Over time, some of the game’s biggest, brightest stars have donned the iconic purple and gold.

Kobe Bryant is the most recent of those legends, retiring just last season and going out with a 60-point performance. Other big names include Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, James Worthy, and many others.

That in mind, let’s break down the top ten Lakers players of all-time.
