Jordin Canada carries UCLA to win with double-double

Jordin Canada lifts the UCLA Bruins Womens basketball team to a victory in her spectacular performance.

Jordin Canada was one of three Bruins in double figures. The Bruins are now 12-4 on the season and on pace to make the March Madness Tournament again.

This game was an upset as they defeated and top ten ranked team in Oregon State.

This was a big conference win for them as they have had some tough conference losses as well.

In two of their four losses they lost by single digits and the other two were by ten plus points. Even in their losses they were still in the game.

Also, two games were non-conference and the other two were conference play. The Bruins are 3-2 in conference play.

These losses will only help prepare them for the postseason, saying they do make it.

Jordin Canada recorded a double-double in the Bruins a tremendous win over Oregon State in conference play. She posted 18 points along with 10 rebounds and is a versatile player who plays guard first.

According to the box score, last night it looks like she was playing multiple positions, such as small forward, power forward, and center.

Jordin Canada was perfect from the free throw line and 7-14 from the field. Also in her 38 minutes of playing time she posted 5 assists and 2 steals.

She played the second most minutes in the game out of all the UCLA Bruins women.

Once again, Jordin Canada plays a big role in the Bruins victory over the Beavers. Not only did she record a double-double, she was the leading scorer for the game.

UCLA’s bench was outscored twelve to nine, which means bench production is what they can improve on.

UCLA only made 4 three pointers the entire game and still managed to win. They managed to win because from the charity stripe they were 16-20 for 80%.

Jordin Canada and the Bruins only made three more field goals (23) than their opponent and came out victorious. They came out victorious despite attempting more shots (65) than their opponent (52) and not making more of the shots they attempted.
