Levi Jones pulls one of the biggest commitments in ages on national signing day.

How did Levi Jones surprise everyone with his commitment?

Well, it started off by him wearing the shirt with the school he wants to attend on it.

Then he fooled everyone because he wore all three shirts.

Levi Jones trolled Florida and Florida State while committing to USC.

He is one of the nation’s top linebackers and and recruit in the Rivals 100.

In ESPN’s top 300, he is the fourth overall outside linebacker.

He could be the next great linebacker legend to come out of USC, granted it is way too early to say.

Some great past linebackers include Clay Matthews, Brian Cushing, and Ray Maualuga.

Also, may the comparisons start now and I am sure he would like to be compared to no one because he brings his own unique style of play.

He will bring back to the Trojans defense what they need, especially since Adoree’ Jackson decided to enter the NFL Draft.

Levi Jones stands 6’3 tall and 215 pounds.

Jones not only has size but is an athlete.

Leaving the state of Texas to play in California just proves that USC has a good recruiting team and football program.

The Trojans were just one win away from a conference championship and possible playoff berth. Jones is hoping to continue where the defense finished and improve.

Also, he will most likely be their leader on defense with Jackson out of the picture.

Imagine if Jackson decided to stay his senior season, this team wold be a threat to every conference.

Levi Jones career stats in high school consist of 208 total tackles, 160 of them are solo tackles.

Additionally, he recorded 6 tackles every game and 10 sacks a season.

USC needs a player who can rush the passer.

Not only can he do that, but he can drop in the zone hence is a linebacker.

Yes he only had 1 interception but that will change at USC. Levi Jones will learn to master dropping into coverage and playing man defense.

Since he played offense in a college he may have a chance to play on the Trojans offense.
