According to our very own Dodgers rumors, which five players may break out in 2017?

These are the rankings of the Los Angeles Dodgers‘ farm system for the last three seasons, per Baseball America:  2014, 13th; 2015, 3rd; 2016, 1st. The rapid ascension was spearheaded by former scouting director Logan White, handed to farm director Gabe Kapler, and is now under the guidance of the six former general managers in the Dodgers front office.

Simply put, the organization is loaded. With six former general managers in the front office, the Dodgers can field a lineup featuring 2016 rookie of the year Corey Seager, 24-year old all-star Joc Pederson and 20-year old phenom Julio Urias and still have a collection of potential superstars to dangle as trade bait.

Alternately, these players can develop and form a Dodger foundation well into the next decade. Some will not be up with the big club for a year or two, but others can help immediately.

So who, exactly, are the five Dodgers that could break out in 2017? We take a look at the prospects here that may have Chavez Ravine aglow with pristine new jerseys as fans fall in love with the future.
