With yet another soul-crushing defeat in the rear view mirror, it is time to review UCLA’s five most disappointing tournament losses in March Madness.

As the Memphis Massacre still pervades the nightmares of UCLA Bruins basketball fans, it’s time to get this out on the table: Battered Bruin Syndrome is real, and the symptoms range from heartbreaking defeats in 1996 to Princeton to blowouts like the 2017 disappointment.

The most decorated, banner-hanging, winning program of all time is now in the midst of at least 23-year a drought after dropping a debacle to Kentucky.
