Many Lakers Rumors have circulated regarding which Laker may be traded. We can scratch Brandon Ingram off that list as he is untouchable.

The Los Angeles Lakers are in need of a spark, that is without a doubt. Los Angeles is currently undergoing perhaps their worst stretch in franchise history, relying on a young core to develop into something special. With impatience certainly a factor, many have speculated which stars will stay and which stars will go.

One name we can cross off of that list is 2016 second overall selection, small forward Brandon Ingram. In an interview with ESPN Lakers President of Basketball Operations Magic Johnson said the following regarding Ingram:

"“I would say probably the only player that we would say, hey, we would probably not move is Brandon Ingram. […] we see that he really has a high ceiling and we’re excited about what he can possibly turn into.”"

It is apparent that Ingram is definitely staying in Los Angeles, regardless of what transpires around him. If anything, this may signal that other guys on the roster should not get too comfortable. Young guys D’Angelo Russell, Julius Randle, and Jordan Clarkson have good trade values and good see themselves dealt for the best interest of the franchise.

Regardless, with Brandon Ingram seemingly the focal point of the Lakers future, we may see the Lakers focus shifted when bringing in new stars. Therefore, according to these Lakers rumors, which rumored targets should the Lakers now avoid?
