#9: Stanford Cardinal (6thseed)
Stanford has lost three of it’s last four games, which means they are automatically disqualified from contention in my eyes. However, Stanford is currently slotted as a 10thseed in Bracketology, which means they should have a ton of motivation to make a huge push in the tournament. A loss to WSU in the first round on Wednesday would likely take them out of the NCAA Tournament picture. While I’ve expressed how much desperation matters in these types of tournaments, I just can’t get behind Stanford based on their recent results.
