#2: Oregon Ducks (7th seed)

The Ducks have had one of the weirdest seasons in recent memory. Oregon won it’s first 13 games of the year and was ranked #10 in the country at one point. However, the Ducks lost 8 of their next ten games and was thought to be on it’s way to the NIT, which once would have been thought to be impossible. The Ducks, improbably, got extremely hot at the end of the season and have rattled off 7 straight wins in the Pac 12, which left them in a tie for third in the conference. The reason Oregon is second in the conference tournament power rankings is because they are the hottest team coming into the tournament and don’t have a particularly tough road to the finals, especially with UCLA not playing its best brand of basketball. If the Ducks get past UCLA in the second round Oregon should make the finals.
