Chris Petersen is one of the best coaches in America and, if I’m speaking freely, is a better coach than Steve Sarkisian. I truly believe that Washington got a steal when they hired Petersen and that the UW program is really on the way up.
That being said, we have no idea what to expect from Cyler Miles (cool name alert) or freshman Troy Williams, nor do we know Peterson’s offense or how Washington is going to cope without stud running back Bishop Sankey.
Miles, who played sparingly behind Keith Price last season, was thought to be the starter. However, he’s standing with the program is apparently in questions after some offseason troubles. Williams is an unknown freshman, though he’s thought to be the future in Washington.
Because we don’t know who’s going to be the QB, or how they’ll look in the Petersen offense, we have to rank the tandem last.
