Reason Why They Will Win: They won’t. It’s that simple. QB Travis Wilson is likely to improve, provided he stays healthy. The defense proved last season against Stanford that they can slow down the run. However, LOOK AT THAT SCHEDULE!

Reason Why They Won’t Win: Because they face possibly the most brutal schedule in the entire country. Utah has to play at Michigan, UCLA, Oregon State, Arizona State and Stanford. It doesn’t get any easier at home where the Utes will face National Championship contender Oregon, USC, and Arizona. To be honest, they may be a better team than last year but that schedule is going to prohibit them from showing any sort of improvement. It’s just plain brutal. They could beat their own team from last year by 20+ points and still going 1-7 in those match ups. It’s going to be a long year for Utah unless Travis Wilson turns into Peyton Manning or Aaron Rodgers.

Best Case Record: 6-6

Worst Case Record: 2-10
