The Floyd Mayweather (47-0) vs Manny Pacquiao (57-5-2) fight is the most anticipated boxing match ever.

Manny Pacquiao finally gets his shot at the undefeated Mayweather.

The people’s champ is Pac-Man because he gives people what they pay to see — action and non-stop fighting.

Not like Mayweather.

This time Money Mayweather is in the business of boxing. With that in mind, the argument is not who is the better business man but the better fighter now.

If the Mayweather hashtag of #TBE (The Best Ever) is to be true, he must go through Pac-Man and now, after months of speculating, there are legitimate reasons as to why Mayweather may lose the fight on May 2.

Since a championship boxing match consists of 12 rounds, if one is to go against the Mayweather argument – we decided to show 12 reasons why the fight may swing in favor of the Filipino boxer.
