A quarter-final round against FC Porto was nothing but a showcase for the first place Bundesliga team.  Although it was a somewhat surprising 1st leg for Bayern (first ever loss in Portugal), they were firing on all cylinders at home and the supporters at the Allianz Arena got a show.

Down on aggregate 1-3, the five-time champions took it upon themselves to plow into the semi-final round.  A convincing 6-1 victory, it took all but 14 minutes to take some relief off their backs and by the halftime whistle it was all but a formality to play the following 45 minutes.
