Capping off his historic season Orel Heshiser provided Los Angeles Dodgers fans with a dominant post-season.
Hershiser was named the Most Valuable Player of both the World Series and National League Championship Series, going a combined 3-0 with an E.R.A of 1.05 beating both the powerful New York Mets and slugging Oakland A’s.
Hershiser was so dominant that he pitched a complete game in his last 3 starts — including both series clinchers.
