After getting beat up in Game 1 148-114 Kareem Abdul-Jabbar made it a personal mission to turn it around for the Lakers against the Boston Celtics.
At 38 years old, Kareem showed that he still had something left in the tank, en route to winning his second Finals MVP as he would lead the Lakers to their first Finals win over the Celtics.
In the Lakers’ four victories, Kareem averaged 30.2 points, 11.3 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 2.0 blocks.
