This is one of those under-the-radar hidden gems that the Angels could steal from the Brewers in the same trade as Lind.
Gerardo Parra is also a lefty bat with less pop but enough hitting ability, speed, and patience to provide value and a healthy amount of RBI opportunities for the Calhouns, the Trouts, and Pujols’.

Adding Parra in a package with Lind would be a huge move for the Halos to make. In asking what he is worth, I would say that it would simply be making up the difference for any significant player/s and contracts the Angels would be offering.
If C.J. Wilson is involved, then Lind and Parra could both be realistically included together. And I would guess maybe the Angels throw in a prospect, or a young major league ready talent like C.J. Cron.
Or, here’s an insane idea: Adam Lind, Gerardo Parra, and Francisco Rodriguez for C.J. Wilson, C.J. Cron, Efren Navarro, and Fernando Salas, and a mid-tier prospect.
Take that one and put it in your drinks.
