One of the more popular awards given out is Best Male Athlete.

These athletes are heroes in the eyes of sports fans and without them, sports would not be as entertaining to watch.

The men that transform their sport and the nominees for this award are Stephen Curry of the NBA Champion Golden State Warriors, LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Green Bay Packers gunslinger Aaron “discount double-check” Rodgers, and J.J. Watt or Swat (depending on what end your’e on) of the Houston Texans.

A couple months ago I would have said Watt (NFL Defensive Player of the Year) or Rodgers (NFL MVP), but in wake of the NBA Playoffs and NBA Finals, I’m going to have to go with NBA MVP Stephen Curry.

He has the quickest shot in basketball and will pull up from anywhere on the court.  By leading the Warriors to their first NBA Title in 40 years, this award was easy for me to decide who should win the ESPY.
