Every team has them, and they are bound to affect your fantasy team.

Bye weeks.

The players like them, but we do not.

When drafting be aware of the bye weeks, and draft backup players accordingly.

Do not be that person who has four Patriot players and gets upset when half his team is unavailable to play week 4.

Yes, it is going to hurt when a Dez Bryant has a week off, but finding a competent backup is not that hard if you know when to look.

Some positions are easier to fill then others.

Always draft a decent backup quarterback, because that position does not rotate around like running backs or receivers.

For every 4 receivers on the there is still only one QB on the field.

Backup a Romo with a Newton or a Manning with the other (Eli ) Manning.

Best-case scenario is that you only have to start them once.
