46. Indianapolis hasn’t had anything to look up to besides here-and-there performances from Matt Hasselbeck. The Houston Texans showed they could overthrow the Colts in 2015, but the Jaguars and Titans aren’t far behind either. It’s also disheartening because, with all the off-season moves that the team made, the Colts were thought to be one of the NFL’s elite. After making it all the way to the AFC title game last year, it seems like championship fever got the best of the Colts — and now they have to try and pick up the pieces.. (7-8). . 50. Detroit faced perhaps the most chaotic imbalances we’ve seen in professional sports in a long time. After losing the majority of their season away early and getting robbed more than once in prime-time competition, the Lions were very close to coming out of the completely dark and running close to a playoff berth. They were robbed at least twice in unreal fashion against the Seattle Seahawks and the Green Bay Packers — and we all know how much a difference just two wins would’ve made in the NFC North.. 44. Atlanta started the season on pace with the now-crazy good Carolina Panthers — yeah, it didn’t last that long at all. Once the whole undefeated honeymoon thing wore off, the Falcons couldn’t figure out which way was up, but found themselves somehow this past weekend to ruin the Panthers’ chances of a perfect season. <a href=.
