Los Angeles has several players hoping to be chosen for 2016 NBA All-Star Weekend next month.

We’re roughly one month away from All-Star weekend in Toronto and fans in Los Angeles are already sending in their votes for their favorite players to compete.

Both the Lakers and the Clippers have players who fans hope to participate during the weekend.  While the biggest stars will play on Sunday, there are several events on Friday and Sunday that could feature LA players.

Kobe Bryant, to the surprise of some, leads all players in overall votes to appear and play in the game — it’d be his last.

In any case, we decided to make the most of the coming break from the season with picks of our own for the various events.
