As the NHL’s main focus shifts to Nashville for this weekend’s All-Star festivities, we can bookmark the first half of this regular season and reflect on some of the top performances in the Pacific Division 2016.

You can catch most of these players at the All-Star game this weekend but let’s take a look back on what got them there.

In the past couple of seasons, the Pacific Division has produced elite teams such as the Anaheim Ducks and Los Angeles Kings.

In fact, both Los Angeles and Anaheim are really the only two teams to come out of the Western Conference as a Stanley Cup contender outside of the Chicago Blackhawks.

Say what you want about the rest of the league, but as the division continues to grow, we are now seeing teams like the Dallas Stars take full control of their future and become a positive product of their environment.
