For your consideration, the 2014-2015 Arizona Coyotes finished the regular season 24-50-8.

Now, heading into this year’s All-Star weekend, the Coyotes have a record of 24-20-5.

Dave Tippett has widely been considered one of the top coaches in all of the NHL, and it’s seasons like this that really justify that line of thought.

The former Jack Adams award winner has already reached a career milestone this season, winning his 500th game back in November.

And should the Coyotes play themselves into a playoff spot, Tippett may be polishing off his 2nd Jack Adams Trophy at season’s end.
