The Final Four of March Madness 2016 is going to be chaotic.

One game was a surprising loss and the other loss everyone saw coming in the first half of the Elite 8, which I’ll be talking about here.

No. 1 seed Oregon played No. 2 seed Oklahoma in what was a blowout game by senior guard Buddy Hield and the Sooners.

The Kansas Jayhawks played the  Villanova Wildcats in what was a tough, hard fought game, all the way to the buzzer and the complete opposite of the first game.

In the game between Oklahoma and Oregon, not Only did Buddy Hield go off, but his whole team showed up and went off as well; it was a total team effort.

Now they are in the Final four after demolishing the Oregon Ducks in the West region of the bracket.

Hield had 37 of the 80 total points the team scored.

Oklahoma was making everything, while Oregon couldn’t get the lid off the basket.

Oregon made it difficult for Hield to make his shots, but he even made the tough/impossible shots and made it difficult for Oregon to come back and win.

Oklahoma won by a final score of 80 to 68 and they might be glad about who they face in the Final Four.

You guessed it — they have an even greater chance to make it to the championship game because Kansas was defeated by Villanova.

Kansas was the overall No. 1 seed in the tournament, and Villanova is the 2 seed in the south bracket.

This game lived up to all the hype and was fun to watch.

It came down to the final seconds until the Kansas Jayhawks went down in the Elite Eight.

Villanova made the Final Four and will play Oklahoma, who had an impressive team showing.

The last time Villanova made the Final Four was in 2009 and the last time they won a National Championship was in 1985.

  • Kansas was favored to win the championship game because they have depth and are balanced, but just like Oregon they couldn’t make shots behind the arc to help them win the game.

The only player to make most of his shots downtime for the Jayhawks was Devonte Graham and the player of the game for Kansas  who shined and also made a three when they needed it to be within one point was Frank Mason.

Both point guards shined the game but came up short losing by five points, 64-59, thanks to Villanova’s defense.

Villanova is known for always making it to the big dance as a high seed then only to barely escape past the first round.

Then they go on to lose in games in the next rounds by a small margin but can’t not finish or close out games and, for a lack of better words, they were unstable.

This year, no one thought they were legitimate tournament contenders because of their consistent instability in the tournament.

This team is similar to Oklahoma in that they have one big body and multiple shooters.

Not many people thought the Wildcats could get over the hump of disappointing tourney appearances.

This year has been one of their best tournament appearances they have had since 2009, and this time around they are lead by senior guard Ryan Arcidiacono.

Villanova has a rematch with Oklahoma who blew them out by about 23 points in the regular season.

The question is can Villanova keep up pace with the Sooners, or will they get blown out?

The Wildcats have been playing great basketball and proving to all the critics that they are a legitimate title contender.

In their win over Kansas their defense stepped up holding senior forward Perry Ellis to just 5 points.

Their offense got them to the tournament and their defense can win them the championship.

All they need to do is shut down Buddy Hield and the Sooners in the Final Four and then their opponent in the National Championship game in Houston, Texas.
