The Rams did not own a pick on day two and didn’t elect to trade up either.

Los Angeles made five selections on day three and tried to add a little more talent to help their 1st overall pick Goff.

The first post-Goff selection was Tyler Higbee out of WKU, a talented tight end prospect who has off-the-field issues.

Higbee affected his draft stock after getting arrested for second-degree assault due to his punching a man outside a bar, but if he can stay out of trouble than this can be a tremendous pick for the Rams.

Higbee is an 6’6  former receiver that’s athletic for a man his size. If not for a knee injury and his off the field issues he would’ve been taken a lot higher.

He is a receiving tight end that can be a mismatch nightmare.

He does need to improve his blocking if he wants to be a complete tight end, and his route running can use some development.

The talent is raw and he may be seen as red zone threat his first season while he adjust to the NFL speed.
