Ensuring a transition focused on growth is the key for Brandon Ingram in his rookie campaign, and possibly a good blueprint to have in mind going into his sophomore bout.

It’s going to be something that fans are going to have to adapt to at some point, and it may not entirely be an easy thing for many of them to grasp, but the drafting of Ingram brings the new look of the Lakers to full circle.

Ingram contributed 17.3 points, 6.8 rebounds, and two assists per contest on average while part of Duke’s dynamic college program — anything near those numbers in his first year out of the gate will be incredible to watch.
