4 reasons why the LA Lakers are moving in the right direction
After the 2016 NBA Finals Luke Walton flew down to Los Angeles and immediately got to work.
So far in the off-season, for the little amount of time he has been with the Lakers as a coach he has done well so far and if I were to give him a grade he deserves a C+ because of the work he has done so far and also this is realistic.
It is not like they signed a superstar talent that will change the franchise immediately. They have drafted players from the past two years who are currently developing, improving their game, gaining more chemistry with their teammates, and will be superstars in the near future.
Turning a franchise around with nothing can’t happen in the blink of an eye, it is a process and the Lakers are trusting in their process, and the players they have drafted.

They Lakers continue to move in the right direction toward stardom because they hired a new coach who knows what to do to win, drafted the right players for their system, resigned player(s) they absolutely need, and acquired veteran players in free agency to help develop the young core of players on the team and to win.
