Clippers Rumors: 3 Potential Landing Spots for Blake Griffin

Orlando Magic
You might be thinking at this point something that should have crossed your mind by now — what could Orlando possibly offer that Los Angeles, Boston, and Oklahoma City couldn’t at least match?
The answer to that is simple — a fresh start.
Realistically, the only true talent that has taken shape and proven themselves in Orlando is Aaron Gordon.
Recently acquired Serge Ibaka would be Griffin’s counterpart at PF, and there’s not much more after that.
There’s plenty of potential, but in all honesty a move to Orlando would be about doing his own thing instead of what everyone wants or thinks from and of him.
Frank Vogel will see his former team in the preseason. Pacers at Magic scheduled for Oct. 14, per Magic.

In addition, the new head coach in Frank Vogel is something that could catch Griffin’s eye, and the Magic know that.
Clippers head coach and president Doc Rivers has been very open with his feelings about Griffin’s future in Los Angeles, but that doesn’t always mean that everything is fine behind the scenes.
Last season proved to be the toughest one to watch when it came to how Griffin fit or didn’t fit with the team, and the off-the-court incident with a team employee sealed the deal.
Orlando gives him a clean slate, and that might be enough for him if next season goes down the drain.
