Chicago Bulls

Chicago is definitely in the position of dark horse when it comes to chasing down Blake Griffin.
After shipping Derrick Rose to New York, it’s clear the team is ready to move in a new direction via Jimmy Butler, Dwayne Wade, and Rajon Rondo as the alphas.
Aside from those three stars, the team doesn’t really have much to offer at PF and C that provide a threat to teams in the Eastern Conference.
Size matters in the NBA, and Chicago could surely use a presence like Griffin down under.

The way that Chicago could lure Griffin away from Los Angeles and make themselves stand out is a pitch that involves him being the final piece to the puzzle.
Similar to what the pitch to Kevin Durant sounded like, Griffin would want to know that he’s going to join a team where he’s allowed to have the impact he wants on a nightly basis.
Chicago would allow him true ownership of his position, and he wouldn’t be without stars around him if he were to decide to align with the Bulls.
It would make an already fascinating lineup even more entertaining.
