2016 NBA Predictions: A look at each team in the league

Philadelphia 76ers
Taking Ben Simmons with the top overall pick in the 2016 draft came with the unforeseen and unfortunate injury that will keep Simmons out for a while.
After injuring his foot, the former LSU star will remain off the court until January, according to the team’s statement on his recovery.
Simmons isn’t the first draft pick taken by Philadelphia to get injured, but thankfully it won’t be long before the team gets him back.
Relatively speaking, of course — January is a ways away.
The 76ers come into this season with a historically bad regular season in 2015-16.
While the Golden State Warriors soared to 73 wins, Philadelphia nearly mirrored that mark by winning just 10 of 82 games.
Despite all of the noise, optimism remains high for 76ers fans hoping that Simmons can bring an Iverson-like revival to the team.
It’s never easy to have one of the worst seasons in NBA history and rebound quickly, but for what it’s worth, we can expect significant improvement in 2016.
At least from their perspective.
Season Prediction: (22-60), 4th in Atlantic
