Young vs Ellis

So you ask how and why do these two players match up?

Well if you listen closely and remember these two have more in common than many fans and critics know.

Let’s start with Ellis, he was traded away from he Warriors and has been a journey man and quite few different teams before landing in Indiana, where he seems to have found his place again.

Similar to Ellis’ early career, Young wasn’t sure if he would be with the Lakers this season as there were rumors they would trade or even release him.

Both players have had their trouble of rumors of being traded, released, or were let go from he team.

This match up is one of resilience.

They each have faced their own adversity, overcome it and are resilient in their style of play. Both players with veteran experience still plays as if they are young, make plays off the bench, or as a starter, and make plays for their teammates.

They each are quick off the ball and excellent defenders.

These two against each other will be fun to watch within the game because of their personality as well.

The final match up that is key to either team winning this game comes down to the point guards.
