Jeff Fisher replacement: Who fits the bill?

Kyle Shanahan

Also a high-energy, high-performance candidate, Shanahan has a similar background as Gruden.

Born into the game, growing up in an NFL household, he received opportunities at a young age (youngest coordinator in the NFL, 2008 Texans) and succeeded.

He’s somewhat of a quarterback guru, having helped Matt Ryan graduate into the elite class of NFL quarterbacks. He could do the same with prized rookie quarterback Jared Goff – at one-third the price tag as Gruden.
