The latest Rams rumors are all about the idea of bringing a better quarterback to Los Angeles.

This year has been anything but nice to the Rams, so it’s hard to rule anything out — even another change at quarterback.

Getting Jeff Fisher out of the organization is the first must-make step of the off-season, if not before then. From there, it’s essential that the team make a realistic evaluation of their roster.

Jared Goff is no exception.

The debate on how long Fisher should’ve waited, if at all, to put Goff on the field could go on forever. Now that he’s playing, the discussion should turn to what the Rams do with what they’ve got.

Goff has played off when compared to other quarterbacks taken in the same draft as him. It wasn’t entirely his fault when his first start fell apart versus the Dolphins.

Now that he’s four games in, though, it’s a different story.

On the first glance, of course it sounds ridiculous that the Rams would even think of replacing Goff at the helm, but it might be necessary. Not only that, but it could actually save the team from drowning anymore than it has been lately.

After winning the Heisman Trophy, Louisville phenom Lamar Jackson is easily a top QB target that will soon turn pro.

Here are three reasons the Rams should go all out to get Jackson on the roster when he declares for the NFL.
