Closing Thoughts

Hard to imagine that Lamar Jackson is done surprising us just yet.

There is still some time for him to mature with the Cardinals, and that will translate to the NFL hopefully better than Heisman winners before him.

It’s worth noting that not-so-great players like Robert Griffin III, Tim Tebow, and Johnny Manziel are the kinds of NFL duds that Jackson hopes he won’t be.

In order for that to happen, Jackson must land with the team that is best compatible to his talents. The Rams have the pieces in place to give Jackson a comfortable place to run the offense.

Wide receivers could use some development, possibly even movement after this season ends, but the team must take it one step at a time.
