Los Angeles Dodgers
They play in the most beautiful cathedral in sports — an idyllic pasture buttressed between gently rolling mountains against an impossibly blue sky.
Though Vin Scully will no longer be calling games, there is no better setting for a lazy summer night.
And despite the 28-year World Series drought, the Dodgers win ballgames (six division titles past nine years).
Under the ownership of the Guggenheim Partners, the Dodgers continue to spend and improve the team.
And as long as they have Clayton Kershaw, there is always room for optimism. Also worth noting that they have drawn at least 2.8 million fans to Chavez Ravine for 20 consecutive seasons.
