In a year that should have been a celebratory homecoming, the organization squandered all of its goodwill in the course of a few months.

Attendance is dismal — and that’s just the beginning.

The L.A. Times is already penning pieces on how to win back dismayed Rams fans. They are coach-less, rudderless and nearly hopeless.

Talk about a rocky return.
