The Pete Carroll era was truly magical and returned USC to their rightful place at the top of the elite football programs.

Though beset by scandal, the team has never left their perch as the main football team in Los Angeles, even with the once-scorned Rams regretful return.

This season, the resurgence under Sam Darnold and head coach Clay Helton has been nothing short of magical.

Ithas Trojan fans looking to the future while embracing their past.

The Coliseum is theirs, and so is the city.
