Undeniably talented, charismatic and intelligent. One of the best point guards of all-time.

So why is he only #7 on this list?

Perhaps it is the whining and flopping. Maybe because he argues literally every call that goes against the Clippers. Or is it because he simply is not a clutch player, allowing the Clippers to collapse in epic fashion in the playoffs every year.

Regardless, he has an L.A.-sized personality and is bound for the Hall of Fame.

If the Clippers can get to the Finals, he might earn himself a statue outside of Staples Center.
