New Stadium
It’s a fresh start for the Chargers, alright, but they’re not ready to share the same spotlight as the Rams just yet. Instead of also playing at the Coliseum, the Chargers will take to Stubhub Center.
This will be the temporary arrangement for the team while they wait for the construction of the mega-stadium to be done in a few years.
In terms of size, it’s a downgrade from what they had in San Diego. But that might be what this team needs the most.
#Chargers will play for 2 years in StubHub Center for 2 years, then join the #Rams. There was no last-ditch effort from San Diego to stay

It’s hard to have a city somewhat root for you, when the resolution to get a new stadium can’t be reached or agreed upon via vote.
Now the Chargers can start small and branch out.
How they handle the smaller crowd is still ultimately up to them. A delicate situation doesn’t begin to describe it, as it could be the key to them stealing, or at least fighting for, the city of Los Angeles.
