Anthony Lynn

Chargers, 2017 – current

Lynn’s recent hiring resulted from his meteoric rise in the Buffalo Bills’ organization, but is also a testament to his tenaciousness, being called ‘too small’ to play in the NFL, and surviving a horrific car accident in 2005.

If past is precedent, Lynn will have a successful tenure as the coach of L.A.’s newest team. It is worth noting that NFL.com projects Anthony Lynn to be the top coaching hire of a busy off-season in the NFL.

Note that the Los Angeles Angels, Los Angeles Kings, Anaheim Ducks, L.A. Rams and USC Football have never had a black head coach.
