Carmelo Anthony

Carmelo Anthony is another player that would change the Clippers by giving them a versatile shooter.

He has been the talk of the Clippers rumors and those talks have been quoted down. Intriguingly enough Lob City attempted to acquire Kevin Durant in the off-season.

What is special with Anthony is he has a no-trade clause in his contract. All this means if the Knicks want to trade him he can veto that trade.

Therefore, he in a way can pick what team he wants play with. The Knicks would trade Anthony if they want him gone.

He would bring depth, defense, and more playoff experience to the Clippers. Similar to the Clippers Anthony is hungry for a NBA Finals Championship.

The last time he won a championship was in college when he lead Syracuse University to a title.

Both of them are hungry and that mentality of winning and wanting to win it all is what the Clippers need.

They need someone who isn’t afraid to make plays and not afraid of the spotlight in the post-season. Anthony isn’t afraid of taking the shot.

He may be the Clippers’ last shot at NBA Finals run.
