Aaron Gordon

Aaron Gordon would add to the excitement of the Clippers. There would be another lob in Lob City. Gordon is a true power forward, but in the Orlando Magic lineup sometimes has to play power forward.

When he plays small forward his defense shines and his offense not so much. Then when he is at the power forward spot his offense shines as that is his true position. He would add to the spotlight in LA.

Starting Gordon at the center would work for small ball purposes.

That would look like this:

Chris Paul
J.J. Redick
Luc Mbah A Moute
Blake Griffin
Aaron Gordon

This would mean their free throw shooters are on the court. Gordon would come off the bench unless he took over Griffins or Jordan starting gig.

Therefore, it doesn’t look like he would join them, However the thought of him joing the Clippers and what he can do is exciting. You still never know.

He would be perfect for them coming off the bench giving them depth and rotation. It would just be would he be okay with that? There is no doubt Aaron Gordon would change and impact the Clippers.
