With this season’s trade deadline looming, it’s time to look at the top Lakers trade rumors.
There’s been plenty of Lakers trade rumors this season, but none of them have come to pass. We are now entering that final part of the season for teams to make a deal, and the Lakers appear all in on selling.
In terms of who they’re putting on the table, all indications lead towards clearing house for the young core. Veterans such as Nick Young, Lou Williams, Luol Deng, and others are all potentially up for grabs.
That being said, who the Lakers look to get in return for those veterans are just as important. Whatever trade, if any, that gets made must be in the best interest of the young core.
Given the talent that could be out there, here’s five players that the Lakers should consider.
