Small Forward

Paul George is at the center of Lakers trade rumors with the deadline approaching. He is exploring his options right now.

Additionally, coming to the Lakers would mean he is returning to his hometown. George would fit with the Lakers immediately and Brandon Ingram wold back him up or compete for the starting power froward spot. Los Angeles possibly acquiring Paul George will open up more doors for the Lakers.

By signing George they will have a superstar who will help attract other free agents to play with the Lakers. Los Angeles has a young core who are attracting free agents, but just a small amount of players.

Lastly, only a few of these players can see the future with this young core. Also, George would bring playoff experience to the Lakers.
