Closing Thoughts

Look, I’d love for the Lakers to be really good again just as bad as anyone else, but fans have to keep in mind that they’ve got to trust the process. After appearing to be paying dividends for Philadelphia, that same process can get Los Angeles back on track.

Giving Magic Johnson the keys to the future was also an interesting, but timely move. Fans had also been fed up with Buss and Kupchak and it was a breath of fresh air.

The Lakers have a golden opportunity in front of them, with this year and next year to really show their stuff and impress other free agents.
