The Prospect

The number six prospect in the Dodger organization, Stewart won two games in spot starts for the big club in 2016, posting a 5.79 ERA along the way.

With a 1.15 WHIP in his minor league career and 154 strikeouts in 146 innings spanning three levels of minor league ball, his ascension was as rapid as his fastball, and the outlook is optimistic.

With options left, he most likely starts 2017 in AAA Oklahoma City, but Stewart will definitely garner some spot starts this year, and may be in line for a larger role as the season progresses.
