Which Rams rumors will come into fruition this off-season and which will dwindle away?

There are a vast majority of Rams rumors from released players and signing players. Los Angeles recently just franchise tagged cornerback Trumaine Johnson. They have kept their strong secondary leader. All they need to do next is upgrade their offense.

It starts with the offensive line, yet they need to upgrade their receiving core as well. There are plenty of players in free agency the Rams should give a look at.
