DeAndre Jordan

Hyland DeAndre Jordan, Jr. was selected by the Los Angeles Clippers in the second round of the 2008 NBA draft as the 35th overall pick.

Early in his rookie season, Jordan won a starting position on the team and never looked back. Per NBA.com, he has led the league in defensive rebounding in 3 different seasons, in field-goal percentage in 5 seasons, and rebounds per game and total rebounds in 2 seasons.

Jordan is a strong rebounder who has also turned into an important scorer for the Clippers. Most of his shots are alley-oops and put-backs because of his size and position, turning Jordan into a leader on both ends of the court.

DeAndre Jordon is the defensive presence that the Clippers need if they want to make it to the NBA finals. He is one of the most durable and dependable players on the team earning him a spot on the mountain.

Now wouldn’t it be great if Jordan could only make a free throw.
