Manage Minutes

Here is the first goal for Mike Scioscia in these Angels rumors.

Mike Scioscia needs to manage all of his players minutes and rotation. Manning minutes is the first goal in these Angels rumors. Since nearly the entire bull-pen was just about on injure reserve or the DL he needs to manage their minutes.

Managing how many minutes a player plays will actually help their health in the long haul. Proper rest for the players will help them recover quickly.

Also, it will help them perform at a quality consistent basis. The Angels if they need anything is to stay healthy throughout the season. Additionally, staying healthy will improve the chances of the Angels making the playoffs.

Also, managing minutes will help players to be able to play the entire season and post-season if the Angels make it there. Then in the playoffs they will be able to perform at a high level and have a higher chance of winning the World Series.
