In this year’s March Madness 2017 tournament the UCLA Bruins have the second easiest route to the National Championship game.

There will be many upsets in the March Madness 2017 NCAA tournament. UCLA will look to avoid an upset in the first round.

Seeding for the Bruins usually doesn’t ever matter since they are inconsistent. Once the Bruins make it past the first round, they have an easy route to the Finals.

That is if they can make it past the first round. The Bruins have a tough task ahead of them in their opening game against Kent St.

The Bruins have the second easiest route to the Finals in the South region. Which is the easiest region to advance to the Finals you ask? That is the West region where Arizona and UCLA could meet up in the Championship game. How fitting would that be?

UCLA has already defeated Kentucky who is in their region, but to play UNC in the Final four would be difficult. They match up evenly and are good all around on both teams.

The only great teams they should be scared of are 1 seeded UNC and 2 seeded Kentucky. They have already defeated Kentucky, but they would have to face a true test in UNC.

From a fan perspective, it would be cool to have UCLA face off one of the top teams in the final four. It looks that can happen, yet they may have to face Kentucky and UNC to make it there.

They can defeat Kentucky they know that. However, UNC is a different story as they should have been the team to win it all last year.

More from UCLA

The way the Bruins play they should be able to defeat them and make it to the Final four where they can defeat one of the top seeded teams in the MidWest Region.

UCLA has all the players and playmakers to make it to the National Championship. They may not boast a deep bench, but when called upon their bench can provide from anywhere and at any time.

The Bruins may be young, yet they do have players with experience in the tournament in Bryce Alford. Also, his dad head coach Steve Alford has been here before as well. These two plus athletic players who play together have fun and love winning are a dangerous formula for anyone.
