UCLA Bruins vs USC Trojans

This conference rivalry is higher on the list for multiple reasons. It isn’t just because it is college students playing football. It is because of the intensity of this rivalry and what is on line when these two meet.

Since both are in the same division within their conference only one team has a chance of making it to the conference championship game.

Once in awhile this game will involve little scuffles and get chippy. It gets chippy because a chance to make the conference championship game may be on the line or to upset the other rival from making it.

Additionally, successful athletes come from these college programs and got on to achieve dreams playing the sports for their career. Prominent names include Clay Matthews and Matthew Slater.
